I first worked with Kim Jennings in 2009 off of a referral. The housing market was struggling and I was under time constraints to sell my home. It was not an easy task. Kim kept in constant communication with me, and prospective buyers/agents showed me my home at a moment's notice and managed to sell my home. There isn't enough space here to clearly express the work she put in. The experience was not forgotten. In 2013 I worked with Kim again to buy a home; the experience was nothing short of spectacular. As you all know, finding the perfect home and purchasing it is an obstacle course. Looking back now, it seemed like maybe it wasn't going to happen. Kim is fantastic. I can't even describe how awful the seller's agent was throughout the transaction. Kim made up for that and then some. The sellers should have given Kim all of the commission as she facilitated the entire deal single-handedly. Working the transaction for us as buyers, she also made the deal happen for the sellers.
